AirCam is operated by Entheos LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After 30 days, paid plans renew automatically and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@aircam.me with the email address you used at checkout and your order ID, and we will help you.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
